Amanda Bossard was just out high school when she began her marine biology studies at Alaska Pacific University in Anchorage. Bossard began her profession as a seafood commercial worker in 1999. She began to work on the F/V Sunset a 65' halibut-schooner and was later converted into a Salmon tender, for Murat Aritan, who was employed in commercial fishing since. Bossard, who is engaged to Aritan she has joined teams to take over their businesses. Both are in favour of conserving resources as well as maximizing profit. Otolith is directly wholesale distribution of seafood which was founded by a woman in Philadelphia in 2007 by a woman who is now the mother of two young children: Bella aged 3, and Andre one year old.
